Terms of Use

1. Nature of Service

Palava Parking is an introduction service. We facilitate connections between individuals interested in parking arrangements. We are not a real estate agent, broker, society authority, or property manager. We do not own, lease, or guarantee any parking space.

2. Platform Rules

By using this platform you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• List a parking space you do not have the right to share or sub-let
• Submit duplicate registrations to manipulate match priority
• Use another person's details without their consent
• Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or harassment
• Attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the platform's systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in your details being removed from the platform without notice or refund.

3. Your Representations

By submitting your registration, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are a resident of Palava City
• If listing a parking space, you have verified your right to do so
• You have checked your society rules and any applicable permissions before listing
• You are 18 years of age or older

4. Introduction Fee

A one-time introduction fee of ₹750 is charged when an introduction is made. This fee:

• Is charged to the seeker (person looking for parking)
• Is non-refundable once the introduction is made
• Does not guarantee that an arrangement will be reached
• Does not guarantee the suitability, legality, or availability of the parking space
• Is separate from any rent or payment between the two parties

5. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that a match will be found, that any introduced party will enter an arrangement, or that any arrangement will be suitable, legal, or durable. The platform operates on a best-efforts basis.

6. User Agreements

Any arrangement entered between a parking owner and a seeker is a private agreement solely between those two parties. This platform is not a party to that agreement and has no obligations, rights, or liabilities under it. We strongly recommend that any arrangement be documented in writing between the parties.

7. Disputes Between Users

This platform has no role in resolving disputes between users. Any dispute arising from an arrangement is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. We will not mediate, arbitrate, or be liable for outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, this platform and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from: use of or inability to use the platform; reliance on any information on the platform; or any arrangement made between users.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
