What is this platform?
Palava Parking is an independent introduction service for residents of Palava City. It connects people who need a parking spot with people who have one available — by making a personal introduction between the two.
That is the full scope of the service. We do not own parking spaces, collect rent, manage agreements, or represent any housing authority.
Who operates this platform?
This platform is operated by JYOTVIRA Systems, an India-based technology services business.
It was started by Avinash Jadhav, a Palava City resident and technology professional, after observing that some residents need parking while others may have unused parking availability nearby — with no simple local way to connect.
This is an independent initiative. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or operated in partnership with any builder, developer, society, or government authority.
Why was this started?
Palava City has thousands of residential units. In any large township, some residents have parking they are not fully using, while others are genuinely struggling to find a spot. There was no simple, local, resident-to-resident way to make that connection.
This platform is an attempt to fill that gap — with a straightforward process, transparent fees, and no pretence of being more than an introduction service.
What this platform does
- Collects registrations from residents looking for parking or offering a spot
- Identifies potentially compatible pairs based on location and vehicle type
- Makes a personal introduction between the two parties
- Charges a one-time introduction fee of ₹750 on successful introduction
What this platform does not do
- Does not own, lease, or manage any parking space
- Does not verify legal ownership or rights over any parking spot
- Does not verify society rules or builder permissions
- Does not collect rent or participate in payment between parties
- Does not guarantee a match will be found
- Does not guarantee the legality or suitability of any arrangement
- Does not act as a broker, agent, or property manager
- Is not affiliated with any builder, society, or government authority
